Returns Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to email us of your intent to seek a refund. Upon approvable all returns must be received back within 30 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return postage is paid for by the buyer. International customers who need to delcare a customs value must write "goods being return to seller" so we are not charged import duty on your return. Failure to do this will result in any fee's incurred being deducted from your refund.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Any item returned without informing us first in writing first.

Any items which are forced returned to us because the recipicant failed to supply a correct delivery address, collect or rearrange delivery with the local delivery agent or refused to accept or sign for a delivery.

It is the buyer's responsibility to return goods back to us within the required timeframe. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

When returning your purchase you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and accept no responsibility for returned item's that are lost or damaged in transit.
